Dominican Sisters of the Rosary: Ahmedabad

The Dominican Sisters of Ahmedabad, India has been present in support of many women…empowering them through handicrafts, embroideries, etc as well as educating them in the process. The community also gives classes on basic catechism, English literacy as well as reaching out and partnering other schools, institutions in providing uniforms and vestments. There are about 350 women benefitting and trained. They are empowered to uplift family condition thru their income from the center with the Dominicans serving the communities for more than 50 years of mission.
