At the “De Jesús” School of the Dominican Missionary Sisters of the Rosary, educating from life and for life with a sense of community are the foundations of our educational action. This constantly challenges us to provide our students with the resources that allow them to consolidate their life projects and act in the world in a reflective, ethical, and transformative manner, breaking down the structures of dehumanization.
In this sense, the documentary “Our Gold: Shadows and Brilliance” was an opportunity to analyze the problems and impact of illegal mining in our country.
